These and other custom designed databases can be installed in your Customer Frontline system to better manage these profit centers. The registration system within Customer Frontline is used to determine who has access to these as well as all other databases built into your system. Service and repair employees, for example, would have access to the Maintenance Agreement database, and access to the Accounts Receivable database can be limited selected accounting employees. Controlled database access helps maintain security of sensitive data and also helps employees stay focussed on their centers of responsibilities.
